Made to Order Information
All items are made specially for you once your order is placed! My goal is to reduce excess inventory and waste from unsold clothing.
Once your order is placed the processing and manufacturing time can take from 2 - 5 weeks. During holidays, expect delays.
Your item is then sent from the manufacturer to me for quality checking. I bring all orders in bulk to the post office once a week on Saturdays.
Shipping Information
US ORDERS
Shipping carrier is USPS with tracking.
Orders are brought to the post office once a week on Saturdays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders include tracking and are shipped directly from my manufacturer located in China.
Buyers are responsible for local duties and taxes at delivery in countries where applicable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All items in the shop are made to order and production can take from 2 to 5 weeks. Expect delays during holidays. Once shipped out, shipping times vary depending on your location. Expect up to 2 months to receive your order.

Return and Cancellation Policy
RETURNS
I accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in the condition you received them in - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Customer must pay return shipping.
- I reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.
- Store credit sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for future returns.
- You have up to 14 days to send back your return. If your return isn't postmarked within that 14-day window then I am unable to issue store credit.
- Tights, socks, and swimwear are considered final sale due to the intimate nature of these items.
- Processing returns can take up to 7 days after receiving your item.
- For qualifying returns store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued once the qualifying return has been processed.
It is given in the form of a unique coupon code in the same amount as the item(s) returned; not including shipping.
Store credit never expires and can be used to purchase anything in the shop!
CANCELLATIONS
I accept cancellations with full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact me ASAP for cancellations; due to the made-to-order status of the items in my shop I am unable to honor requests made after 24 hours.
Customs and Duties Fees
For international customers:
Local taxes and duties for shipping are not included in the final price. These fees vary by country and are collected on behalf of your home country. This fee is in no way associated with LoveSheifale.
Custom Order Requests
I am able to apply all of my designs on any product in my store. If there is a design you like that you don't see on a certain item - send a message and I can see what I am able to work out for you :)
There is no extra charge for custom order requests.
